I should have been a nun...

So right about now those that know me are laughing. I didn’t say a saint, I said a nun! You know, as in someone who devotes her life to helping others. You might not know that about me, yet I thrive when I can be of service. I am a giver.
I’ve had a fair bit of time lately to reflect on what makes me tick, and no doubt I’m happiest and most fulfilled when I know I am able to help someone. This is when my business coach’s voice pops in my mind, “yeah, that’s nice, but how does it pay your bills?” I’ve come to realize that for me entrepreneurial success is finding balance between doing what fills my cup and what sustains my family. Translating, writing, editing, creating a new communication strategy, speaking about being authentic and ways to capture an audience, all of that - I know for many it sounds boring - all of that is helpful to my clients, gets me energized and feeds my family. Have you figured out what’s your sweet spot? I’d love to hear your thoughts. Are we on the same page?
